Today we participated in the golf cart parade to celebrate July 4th! The girls worked with their grammy this past weekend decorating her golf cart and they did a great job!
It was SO hot outside but the girls were super excited. We brought lots of water and, of course, candy to throw to the onlookers of the parade. It was really a fun time.
The creativity was impressive. Next year we are going to do something a little more spectacular. There were all different types of golf cart "floats"...
Summer is really in full swing and the girls are really enjoying every minute of it.
Something as simple as a neighborhood parade can remind us of how very lucky we are to be a part of it all... filled with gratitude for this amazing life...
this country...
more importantly, our earth...
