Memorial Day Celebrations

Deep in the woodland
And down the meadow way,

Flowers are making ready now
To meet Memorial Day;

...Whispers go among them,
Soft a murmur breathes,

"Some of us for clusters fair,
Some of us for wreaths."

All among the meadows
And the hills of May,

Flowers have lifted up their hearts
To greet Memorial Day.

We had such a fun weekend filled with friends, parties and sun! The day before Memorial Day we marched in the parade. Being involved in your community is one of the most wonderful things you can do for your family.

The girls had their first swim of the year at a friends' home on Memorial Day!

Always seeking out nature - and it seems to find them wherever they go :)
